Property Assistant
Debbie brings 30 plus years of real estate and property management related experience to Point West Corporate Plaza. She is involved in the day-to-day tenant relations and bookkeeping. Debbie joined the Tsakopoulos organization as a bookkeeper and property management assistant for Point West Corporate Plaza in December, 2006. Prior to joining Tsakopoulos Management Company she worked with CEI Properties in the East Bay and Sacramento from April, 1991 to September, 2006 as a bookkeeper and property management assistant. CEI Properties managed General Partnerships that owned multi-family, industrial and small commercial properties throughout California, Texas and the Pacific Northwest. CEI Properties partnered with Cornerstone Lending in 2005, serving as a satellite mortgage office where Debbie worked in loan processing. Earlier in her property management career, Debbie worked for Westmark Realty Services in Southern California as a bookkeeper and assistant property manager, directly involved in all aspects relating to the management of high-rise condominium home owners’ associations (HOA’s), small retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes and mid-rise commercial buildings. She rounds out her real estate experience by having worked in the offices of real estate developers, brokers and escrow in the 1980’s. She is a Notary Public and in the process of obtaining her Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, having completed Asset Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Ethics is Good Business which are 3 of the 8 courses needed for achieving this highly recognized commercial building management industry certification.
