Point West Corporate Plaza

Point West Coporate Plaza

THE BUILDING

Even before welcoming the first tenant, this building was winning awards.  The buildings were built by The Lee Sammis Company, an Orange county based developer with an innovative history of suburban office projects.  Before opening in 1981, Point West Executive Center, as it was then known, earned the “Best Commercial Building” recognition in the 1979 Pacific Coast Builders awards.  Since opening, the buildings have become a high identity regional landmark for Sacramentans.

Noted architect Leason Pomeroy used the latest building systems for function and efficiency while introducing natural light to user suites in this signature quality mid-rise office building.  Pomeroy’s firm, LPA, recently marked 50 years of noteworthy institutional and commercial building design achievement, highlighted the property in a commemorative video with the image below.

Tsakopoulos Investments acquired the office campus in the Fall of 2004.  Tsakopoulos is proud to offer the best-of-class tenant opportunities to be found only on this campus in the Point West sub-market of Sacramento.
